Colo4Dallas Announces Acquisition by Cequel Data Centers

I'm pleased to share some exciting news. Colo4Dallas has been acquired by Cequel Data Centers, LLC. With this transaction, we'll be known as Colo4, LLC, a subsidiary of Cequel Data Centers. In addition, Paul Estes of Cequel III has come on board as our President and Chief Executive Officer. Paul brings a wealth of industry knowledge and shares our dedication to providing customers with premium data center services. With this transition, I will focus solely on my role as CTO for Colo4 and look forward to continuing to build our network and capabilities.
Importantly, for you, all of our daily operations will remain the same, from your service quality to our network carriers.
