November 2010: Colo4 named for the fourth year in a row as a winner of Dallas 100™ Award by the Caruth Institute for Entrepreneurship at the SMU Cox School of Business.
October 2010: Colo4 celebrates the start of its 10th year in business.
July 2010: Colo4 is acquired by Cequel Data Centers, LLC. With this transaction, Colo4 becomes a subsidiary of Cequel Data Centers and welcomes Paul Estes as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.
